EVENT EXPECTATION AND GUIDELINES

1. The H.P. host is required to be on site prior to the arrival of all non-H.P. guests and is to remain on site until all non-H.P. guests leave the site.

2. The H.P. host will be accountable for the behavior of all event guests.

3. All vehicles are to be parked in the parking field south of the picnic area or in designated parking area. PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE ROAD IS NOT PERMITTED. SPEED LIMIT ON THE Rec. Area is 15 MPH.

4. The group is to ensure that the reserved areas are left in good condition, neat and clean, trash picked up and deposited in the main dumpsters.

5. The group must furnish all cooking and eating utensils, charcoal and lighter fluid.

PERSONNEL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

1. The H.P. host will be responsible for controlling the amount of alcohol consumed by each event.

2. The H.P. host will assume all legal liability for all guests, including driving to and from the site.

3. The H.P. host will be accountable for the overall behavior of guests. Should their be a need for

"CONTROL" The H.P. host is expected to take care of disturbance quickly.

4. All trash will be gathered and deposited in the main dumpster. Please do not use 30 gal trash cans without liners or leave trash in them.

THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE INTENDED TO DESCRIBE THE GENERAL NATURE LEVEL OF BEHAVIORS IN REGARD TO ALCOHOLIC CONSUMPTION AT THE SOURDOUGH VALLEY RECREATION AREA. THEY ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST. PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE, AND RESPECT THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS USING THE REC. AREA.

RECREATION AREA CONDUCT POLICY

Inappropriate conduct will result in disciplinary actions as follows:

Employees engaging in, or allowing family members/guests to engage in destruction of property, vandalism, leaving areas/restrooms a mess, failing to cancel cabin reservations within 24 hours, failing to be on site as host, or similar actions will be denied access to the Recreation Area for 1-2 years, pay for damages, and will have the incident recorded in their personnel files. Should there be a 2nd occurrence, the employee will lose the Recreation Area benefit for the remainder of his/her Agilent/HP employment, pay for damages, and have the incident recorded in his/her personnel file.

Recreation area usage is for all Agilent/HP employees, their immediate family and guests. All family members and guests must be accompanied by an Agilent/HP employee who is on site. The Agilent/HP

employee will be responsible for their guests at all times.

Everyone using the Rec. Area must sign the guest register at the sign-in station. Should an emergency arise, the Rec. Area manager must know who is on site. Sign out when your stay is completed or when you depart the area. Should an emergency arise, notify the Rec. Area

manager. An emergency telephone and telephone numbers are located at the sign-in station.

Employees and their guests are responsible for leaving cabins, pavilion and campsites in good order.

Be considerate of others.

Discard all trash in receptacles provided.

All motorized vehicles must stay on the roads.

No motorized off-the-road vehicles will be permitted.

Drive carefully -- obey the 15 M.P.H. speed limit.

Fires are permitted in stoves and fire-rings only.

Burn only wood that is provided. If additional wood is required, it may be found in the woodshed, located southeast of the sign-in station, and at the camping area.

Do not leave fires unattended or burning overnight.

Watch for fire danger postings and adjust burning habits accordingly.

Digging or removal of dirt, rocks, trees, plants or firewood is not permitted.

Lights are to be turned off in the pavilion at 10 p.m.

Dogs and other pets must be kept under control, preferably on a leash.

Illegal drugs, fireworks, firearms, air rifles, bows and arrows, etc., are not permitted at the area.
